Giants vs. Cardinals: NFL experts make Week 7 picks

The New York Giants (2-4) will host the Arizona Cardinals (2-3-1) at MetLife Stadium on Sunday afternoon in a game that will undoubtedly catch some national interest.

Opening the week, the Giants were listed as 2.5-point home favorites and nothing has changed entering the weekend as the spread remains -2.5.

Let’s take a look at who some of the experts and insiders around the league are taking in the Week 7 matchup:

Expert Pick Score (if applicable)
Mike Golic (ESPN) Giants N/A
Louis Riddick (ESPN) Giants N/A
Trey Wingo (ESPN) Cardinals N/A
Pete Prisco (CBS) Giants 35-30
Jason La Canfora (CBS) Cardinals N/A
Ryan Wilson (CBS) Cardinals N/A
Nate Davis (USA TODAY) Giants 23-17
Lorenzo Reyes (USA TODAY) Giants 35-21
Tadd Haislop (Sporting News)  Giants  34-30
Vinnie Iyer (Sporting News)  Cardinals  30-27

As you can see, Sunday’s game is a bit of a toss-up in the minds of the NFL experts. Of those we pull from, the split is 60-40 in favor of the Giants, but when you look at the league-wide projections as a whole, it’s closer to 50-50.

Those who were brave enough to share a score prediction envision this to be a high-scoring affair with both teams approaching the 30-point part or exceeding it. The only expert who sees a lower score is Nate Davis of USA TODAY.

What say you, Giants fans? Do you see win No. 3 for Big Blue or an upset at the hands of Kyler Murray & Co.?
