The New York Giants broke the ice with their first win of the season on Sunday by defeating the Washington Football Team, 20-19, in a game they could have easily lost.
They will now travel down to Philadelphia this week to face the 1-4-1 Eagles, who rallied late against the Baltimore Ravens at home on Sunday, only to fall short, 30-28.
The Eagles open as six-point favorites over the Giants for this Thursday night’s game, per BetMGM. The over/under opened at 44.5 points. The opening money line is Giants +200, Eagles -250.
Philadelphia is in second place in the NFC (L)East behind Dallas, who is 2-3 and face the Arizona Cardinals on Monday night. The Giants (1-5) are in third place by virtue of their victory over Washington, who is also 1-5.
In the NFC, Philadelphia is raked 12th overall while the Giants are 13th. The Eagles have allowed 175 points in their first six games and are 0-2-1 at home this year.
