Get two pints for the price of one at these Nottinghamshire pubs

Selected pubs across Nottingham are offering drinkers two pints for the price of one - plus the chance to win a staycation in Cornwall.

The 2-4-1 deal is on Doom Bar to celebrate Cask Ale Week, which kicks off today, Thursday September 24 - the day the 10pm curfew for pubs and restaurants comes into force.

Taking part are Stonegate pubs, the Cross Keys, Arnold, the Loxley, Nottingham city centre, the Willow Tree in West Bridgford, and the Old Post Office in Newark.

To take advantage of the deal drinkers need to register at Great UK Pubs and select their local pub. They will receive the voucher by email and details of how to enter the competition to win a two-night staycation.

The prize consists of a bed and breakfast stay for two at Rock, in Cornwall, the home of Doom Bar, plus a meal at Paul Ainsworth’s pub, The Mariners, and return travel.

Alan Armstrong, director of marketing at Stonegate Pub Company, said: “Cask Ale Week is the perfect time for our teams and customers to celebrate the Great British Pub with the quintessential pub favourite, cask ale.

"All of our pubs are Cask Marque accredited, as we believe that the perfect pint is as much to do with the perfect serve, as it is to do with the ale."

The 2-4-1 vouchers will be emailed the week commencing October 5 and will be valid until midnight on October 18.
