This fast–paced, captivating book was intriguing and a great read. It’s jam-packed with action and danger and deaths too. It had me glued to my seat!
It all starts at the Carrington Sky-High official opening, only weeks after Ben Carrington’s father, head of the company that built the Sky-High, died in the Himalayas. An air display goes wrong and Ben and his newly widowed mother have to save two pilots with almost disastrous consequences! After teaming up with millionaire Jason Truby they set up Gemini force, an all–weather, all–times rescue force! They save many people but things don’t always go to plan…
This fabulous, action–packed read is a great book for fans of Thunderbirds (The idea was originally Gerry Anderson’s, who created the Thunderbirds, and he set out the ideas before he died). I think it’s a good book for 9+ as there is lots of emotion and, as I said before, a few deaths. It’s a really fun book that will never get old.
