The Georgia Bulldogs defeated the Tennessee Volunteers 43-14 on Saturday night in Knoxville, Tennessee. The Dawgs made fans nervous in the opening half and trailed 14-10 early in the first half. Jake Fromm lead the Dawgs to sixteen straight points to close out the first half.
Georgia shut down the Vols attack in the second half. Brian Maurer provided a spark for Tennessee early in the game. Kirby Smart and Georgia adjusted and dominated Tennessee after getting beat on a double move touchdown. Georgia stayed consistent and didn’t allow a Volunteer comeback once they retook the lead. Now, the Dawgs are 5-0 and face South Carolina in Athens this Saturday at noon. How ’bout them Dawgs!
