TOWIE star Gemma Collins has discovered a "cool" way to help her lose weight.
The reality TV star has wowed her fans in recent months with her amazing body transformation and weight loss of over three stone.
And she says that one interesting method she has been using - as well as dieting and regular exercise - is cryotherapy.
The freezing cold methods has seen the 40-year-old subjected to short blasts of temperatures as low as -140C.
Also called cold therapy, the ice chambers use liquid nitrogen to reduce the air temperature to well below the lowest naturally recorded on Earth, which stands at a shuddering -89.2C, which was recorded in Antarctica in 1983.
The chambers are also popular in sports as part of a rehabilitation programme.
A single five-minute session can help a user burn up to 800 calories.
And Gemma insists she wants a chamber for her own home.
The former Dancing On Ice star confessed on her Radio 1 podcast: "I’ve been doing some really cool stuff. I went into an ice chamber and, yes, I was naked.
"It was minus 188C and it freezes your body and it starts getting rid of all your fat.
"I actually want one put in my house. I want to go in it all day every day."
But she's aware that her weight loss needs her to focus on more than just freezing temperatures and exercise regimes.
That's why she's also admitted that she has given up luxuries such as cakes.
She continued: "After working out you just think, that bit of cake, that’s another hour doing squat thrusts with weights — hell, no, it’s not worth it."
The TV personality dazzled at the BRITs on Tuesday night in a floor-length silvery sequinned dress and a glittery veil that covered most of her forehead and eyes.
And she was super excited to share her new look, posting a snap to social media alongside the caption: ""Yes. DAME @patmcgrathreal giving me the girl power for tonight @thebritawards I’m SO EXCITED."
