Gemma Atkinson was quick to call out the "pregnancy police" as she shared a triumphant picture from the top of Mount Teide in Spain.
The mum-to-be is currently enjoying a sunny holiday with her Strictly Come Dancing pro boyfriend Gorka Marquez, ahead of their baby's arrival.
However, she hinted that some people were quick to criticise her actions now she was expecting, pre-empting an onslaught of trolling as she announced she had completed the climb.
Sharing a picture of herself with her arms in the air from the mountaintop, with her tight navy crop top exposing her bare baby belly, Gemma assured her 954,000 followers there was nothing to moan about.

"Last week me and Gorks climbed Mount Teide," she wrote.
"(It’s a drive, cable car and flat walk before the pregnancy police start on me)."
Revealing that the excursion was a sentimental one for her, she added: "I haven’t been here since my dad passed away.
"We used to come every year and do the hike so it was bitter sweet, but I know he somehow helped drag me up there".

This isn't the first time Gemma has had to use social media to shut down trolls, as she similarly took to the caption on a recent snap to slam claims she would 'cast aside' her pet dogs after giving birth.
On her pooch Norm's birthday, she wrote: "You and Ollie mean so much to me (and if 1 more negative Nancy tells me you’ll have to be “cast aside” when our baby comes I’ll have to just t**t them!)
"We’re a pack. A family. And I can’t imagine my life without you both in it."
Gemma and Gorka broke the news they were expecting their first child back in February.
