Gavin Henson to star in reality TV show Hunted as he ponders whether to play rugby again

When Gavin Henson's professional rugby career came to an end, it was always likely he would be a wanted man.

Punditry, coaching or playing roles at a lower level would likely be in high demand for the former Wales international - but few would have expected he would literally be a 'wanted man'.

But that appears to be the case, with Henson seemingly on the run for the Channel Four reality TV series Hunted.

The Hunted is a show where contestants are instructed to go on the run for a period of 25 to 28 days in mainland Great Britain whilst avoiding a team of Hunters composed of former and serving police, intelligence personnel, and on-foot teams.

A wanted poster has been posted on social media warning that the celebrity fugitive is still at large.

This wouldn't be Henson's first time dabbling in reality TV.

In September 2010, he featured in the challenge show 71 Degrees North before appearing on Strictly Come Dancing and The Bachelor.

Since being released by the Dragons at the end of last season, Henson has announced his engagement to partner Katie Wilson Mould - after proposing to her in South Africa.

And he has also taken over the pub and restaurant the Fox and Hounds in St Brides Major.

The 37-year-old hopes to have the beautiful stone pub open by the time the Rugby World Cup starts in late September. You can read the full story on his career change here.
