Gardai launch appeal for missing Dublin woman

Gardai have issued an appeal for help in tracing a missing Dublin woman.

23-year-old Shannon Gaffney is missing from her home in Walkinstown. Shannon is described as being 5’ 3”, has a slim build, brown hair and hazel-coloured eyes.

She was last seen at Dublin Airport at 1pm on the afternoon of Monday, July 10. However, it is not believed that Shannon has left this jurisdiction, gardai say.

Gardai and Shannon’s family are concerned for her welfare. A spokesperson for An Garda Siochana has said: "Anyone with information on Shannon’s whereabouts is asked to contact Ballyfermot Garda Station on 01 666 7200, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station."
