'Game changer' Nando's hack that saves you money every time

A TikTok hack for saving money at Nando's has been praised online as a 'game changer'.

The hack lets you get a chicken burger and chicken chips, without having to fork out for two meals. TikTokker @Whatinthechef, who normally uses the app to share recipes and cooking tips, shared a video showing his 652,000 followers how to save money on their Nando's order.

He explains what to do if you're in the mood for the chain's iconic chicken burger, and its chicken and chips meal, without having to pay for two separate dishes. Instead, he explains, you can get yourself half a chicken with some chips and garlic bread, then use one of the chicken pieces and the garlic bread to make a burger.

In the video, he said: "I just figured out the best Nando's hack. So I wanted Nando's, and I asked my friends if they wanted to go.

"Once I got to Nando's I was thinking, I want a burger, but I also want some chicken. Then I spotted it, I can get myself half a chicken with some chips and garlic bread, then I can use one chicken piece with the garlic bread to make a burger.

"Then I'm left with one piece of chicken and chips and I save £2.35." Then the video cuts to him placing his order.

He goes on to say: "So I got the mayo, put it on the garlic bread, cut up some chicken, put it on the bread, bit of sauce, put the top on, beautiful." Unsurprisingly, people in the comments are loving this hack.

One person commented: "craving nandos now" and another said: "looks good". It even got the seal of approval from someone who says they work for the chain, who added: "bro I do this on my break as I work at Nando's". Another said: "It's a game changer."
