Glasgow's food scene has never been shy about trying out something a little bit outside the box.
Whether it's adding salt and chilli to everything (and we do mean everything) or creating ever more elaborate food challenges, it's safe to say the food scene is never boring.
The latest creation to catch our eye is a bagel created by Gallus Street Food in the west of Glasgow - and it's a serious colour explosion.

Named 'The SpongeBobs Odyssey', it's made up of a toasted rainbow bagel, double jalapeño square sausage, double cheese, tomato sauce...and finished off with two 'SpongeBob’ square egg patties.
It's not the first time Gallus Street Food has come up with a slightly psychedelic concoction, but we think you'll agree they've outdone themselves this time!
