Gallus Glaswegian demonstrates definition of 'chancer' with cheeky cigarette takeaway order

Chancer: to push one's luck, to stay in the game a wee bit too long. To believe one is above repute.

That's urban dictionary's definition of the word - and it's pretty accurate. Yet a more succinct explanation of the meaning behind 'chancer' has been plastered over social media today after Bloc shared a snap of one gallus Glaswegian's attempt to scadge some cigarettes from the Bath Street bar as part of their takeaway order.

For the now infamous 'sadie c', a delicious 10 inch meat pizza just wasn't enough, as she felt a desire to share her 'allergy information' with the staff, writing: "If possible, if anyone has a couple of spare cigarettes if you could put them in the bag or tell the delivery driver, it would be greatly appreciated and we will continue custom." No cutlery required.

The bold Sadie C makes her move (@blocglasgow)

Bloc simply shared a shot of the order with the comment: "About last night...", prompting a series of choice words in response:

"Sadie C is a chancer!", "Don't ask, you don't get", "Bold", "Brilliant", "Big energy" as well as ... "Choosing beggar!"

We still don't know if she got the cigarettes ...

Fair play Sadie C; 'shy kids get nae sweets' and aw that, you absolute chancer.
