The GAA has been slammed after choosing Dublin v Monaghan as the game to take place after the Tailteann Cup final with the All-Ireland semi-finals taking place next weekend.
Meath take on Down in the second-ever Tailteann Cup decider with Colm O'Rourke's men hoping to get their hands on some silverware, but many are picking the Mourne men to win it outright.
And it will play curtain raiser for Dublin's semi-final clash against Monaghan in the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship while Derry take on Kerry a day later.
Some fans were left questioning the decision, feeling that Dublin v Monaghan would sell out Croke Park on its own while Derry's clash with Kerry doubled up with the Tailteann Cup final would have meant back-to-back sellouts.
One user said on social media: "It'd have made more sense to play Down v Meath in Tailteann Cup final before Kerry v Derry and you'd fill Croke Park on both Saturday and Sunday."
And another replied, saying: "Ah now there you go making sense. It’s the GAA in action here."
