Funnyman 'reveals truth' behind infamous Scots Cher Lloyd 'disgusting' hilarious viral clip

A new video has ‘revealed the truth’ behind the origins of the classic viral Cher Lloyd cover video involving two Scots girls.

Matty Atkin has gone viral for his hilarious TikTok recreation of him pretending to break into an unsuspecting resident's home.

The 22-year-old from Manchester can be seen racing upstairs to find out what the homeowner has in the second floor of the property.

But an unfortunate urge for a number two takes over his ‘robbery’ duties.

As he moves to pull out a mammoth piece of toilet roll to clean up the mess, someone returns home.

In a frantic last ditch attempt to avoid being traced, Matty seeks cover inside a nearby cupboard.

The voice of one Scottish girl can be heard after ten minutes inside his place of refuge, before she breaks into the now-infamous “I’m gonna sing Cher Lloyd by Cher Lloyd”.

The audio used in the TikTok is in reference to a previous internet hit which shows two girls preparing to sing a cover of ‘Oath’ (not Cher Lloyd) by Cher Lloyd.

But before they get a chance to get going, an angry woman bursts into the room to bring the performance dramatic halt.

She says: “Does somebody not know how to flush the toilet after they’ve had a s**t? Well it was f*****g one of yas! Disgusting!”

The original video has been shared countless times since its release several years ago.

And now Matty’s hilarious TikTok recreation has been watched by almost a million people on the online video platform.

Dozens of people have expressed praise for the video in a repost of the clip on Matty’s Instagram account.
