Aldi will reveal a fresh new look at its East Kilbride store when it re-opens to customers next week.
The Queensway store has undergone a makeover to improve customer convenience and the overall shopping experience.
And the revamp has created three additional local jobs.
The transformation is part of Aldi’s £300m investment into improving its stores and service across the UK - based on feedback from more than 50,000 customers.
D evelopments include new and improved chillers and freezers and a 'Food to Go' section and increased space dedicated to fresh Scottish meat products, including 100 per cent PGI certified Scotch beef, Scotch lamb and Scottish SPCA assured specially selected pork.

And fresh bakery has been relocated to the final aisle relocation of fresh bakery items to the last aisle, so your freshly baked morning rolls don’t get squashed under the rest of the shopping.
Beers, wines and spirits have also been moved to the back wall showcasing award-winning products, including Aldi's Scottish craft beers and gins.
And there is also now a dedicated section for health & beauty products.
Aldi store manager Kate Mair said: "The store is looking fantastic, and we can’t wait to welcome our loyal customers back so they can see it for themselves.
"Our customers will now benefit from an enhanced, convenient and varied shopping experience with a wide range of award-winning products, and we’re so proud that over 30 per cent of the products you can find in store are from Scotland."
The new look store opens at 8am on Thursday, August 22.
