French language steadily losing ground in Canada

Canada's French-speaking minority is sounding the alarm: the French language has been in steady decline for the past 30 years. But recently the drop has been even steeper, even in Quebec province, Canada's Francophone stronghold. Our correspondent François Rihouay reports from Montreal, with Gloria Henriquez.

A programme prepared by Patrick Lovett and Yong Chim.
