In June 2022, it entered into a partnership with Gary Neville's Relentless Group to build a 40-storey tower at its St Michael's scheme in Manchester city centre. Work is expected to start on site this month.

A statement signed off by the board said: "Over the financial year the group has continued to grow.

"The developments have progressed throughout the year although due to the pandemic some delays have occurred but have not significantly affected any developments.

"The directors consider the development and performance of the group during the year ended 31 March 2022 to be in line with expectations."

On its future, it added: "The group will continue to supply loan finance to property development businesses, seeking new opportunities to expand its borrowings through new and existing partners."
