ESPN’s College Gameday has been a staple of big-time college football contests and venues. It goes on location and originates its show on-site live. It’s become a sort of right of passage for teams and programs when it comes to town.
FOX Sports, in response to the madness, has created its own college preview show that has former Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer on set. It has been great so far but he, Matt Leinart, Reggie Bush, Brady Quinn, along with host Rob Stone have only taken their show on the road once for the Red River Shootout between Oklahoma and Texas last weekend.
Now the gang — including Urban Meyer — is coming to Ohio State.
According to a news release from FOX Sports, the Big Noon Kickoff Show will travel to Columbus to air live when Wisconsin travels to the Horseshoe for what should be one of the biggest games of the year in not only the Big Ten, but the entire country.

Could this be the start of something similar to the onsite visits of ESPN’s College Game Day? We shall see. Either way though, it’s exciting and the atmosphere surrounding it should be something to behold.
