Fourteen days of mourning declared in Malawi after deadly Cyclone Freddy

In tonight's edition: Malawi launches an international appeal to help with the aftermath of Cyclone Freddy. Fourteen days of mourning have been declared after 225 people died. Also, we speak to the WHO as the Organization calls on rich countries attracting health workers from the continent to manage the brain drain more responsibly as Africa faces a severe shortage of such workers. Finally, delegations from 211 countries have arrived in Kigali, as Rwanda hosts the 73rd FIFA Congress.
