Former Spartan Ben Carter to compete in TBT event this year

Former Michigan State basketball forward Ben Carter will be competing in this year’s TBT event that begins this week.

TBT has become an annual summer event that generally includes former college basketball stars who didn’t make it big at the professional level. Carter will be playing on the former UNLV players team — the Vegas Rebellion.

Carter transferred to Michigan State from UNLV after the 2015-16 season. He redshirted for the Spartans in 2016-17 before appearing in 23 games at Michigan State the following year.
