A former Premier League star will be working for Merseyrail next week at Liverpool South Parkway station.
Soccer AM host and former footballer Jimmy Bullard will be working at the station next Tuesday.
The ex-Wigan Athletic player will be joining Merseyrail staff at Liverpool South Parkway station on December 3 between 12.15pm and 1.45pm, and passengers are welcome to come and meet the man himself.
Former I'm A Celeb star Jimmy will be manning the tills in the Mtogo convenience store, checking tickets at the gate-line and making announcements on the tannoy.
Jimmy’s appearance is supported by Merseyrail’s partnership with Cadbury.
Suzanne Grant, commercial director at Merseyrail, said: “We are very excited to welcome Jimmy Bullard to our network next week.
“Liverpool South Parkway’s Mtogo store is one of the busiest on our network and we are sure that Jimmy will provide entertainment to our passengers throughout the day.
“We would welcome anyone to come and say hello to Jimmy as we celebrate all things football – it’s sure to be a special afternoon!”
Liverpool South Parkway’s Mtogo store is the newest and one of the largest of ten stores on the Merseyrail network, offering anything from meal deals, fresh milk and Costa Coffees to magazines, newspapers and train tickets.
There is also a large range of vegetarian and vegan-friendly treats available.
