The former chief financial officer of online holiday company On the Beach has taken up the same role at Victorian Plumbing.
Paul Meehan resigned from his position at the listed group at the end of June 2020 and was succeeded by director of finance Shaun Morton.
At the time, Mr Meehan said he was departing to "to pursue other business interests" after more than three years.
His appointment with Formby-based Victorian Plumbing has been confirmed in documents newly filed with Companies House. He officially started his new job at the end of 2020.
Before joining On The Beach, Mr Meehan was a director at Gala Coral Group after being chief financial officer at The Hut Group.
He has also held positions with Danoptra, Micro Perpherals and ICL Fujitsu Services.
Speaking in June, Mr Meehan said: "I have very much enjoyed my time with On the Beach and feel that now is the right time to concentrate on and pursue other business interests.
"I have worked closely with Shaun since he joined the group and I believe he is well-placed to take over the CFO role and deliver on the next phase of OTB’s growth."
