Former Coronation Street star Shayne Ward has hit the gym and ditched the razor since leaving the ITV soap.
The 34-year-old singer first shot to fame when he won the second season of the X Factor way back in 2005, but looks very different now.
Shayne has been sporting a full beard and a trim physique after spending hours in the gym with his personal trainer from Up North.

Fans of the actor have commented on his new look, with one saying: "You would fit perfectly in the Peaky Blinders crew."
Another added: "Bit of a growth you got going on there."

Shayne enjoyed chart success with his debut single That's My Goal, bagging the Christmas number one slot in 2005.
Fast forward to 10 years later and Shayne took on a new venture when he appeared on the cobbles of Weatherfield, playing Aidan Connor.
His character's exit from the show was a shock to many as bosses worked with CALM and the Samaritans when they wrote in that Aidan would take his own life. The scenes that followed his death were praised by fans, who felt it highlighted how hidden mental illnesses can be.
Since the show, Shayne has moved on to a new project and is currently filming a new action film, Stairs, alongside his fiancée Sophie Austin.
He recently praised his partner for her commitment and hard work in the gym. In a gushing Instagram post he said: "I cannot begin to tell you just how proud I am of you.
"6 weeks into your training @up_north_pt fitness and you look incredible. I’ve never seen anyone work harder.
"6 more weeks to go my Angel. Keep smashing it."
