Ex EastEnders star Ashvin Luximon has died, aged 38, his family have said.
The actor played Asif Malik on the BBC soap between 1999 and 2003. He passed away "due to an aneurysm" on July 23.
His family have today paid tribute to the actor on a website set up in his honour, Birmingham Live reports.

They wrote: "This site is a tribute to Ash, who passed on the July 23, 2022, due to an aneurysm. Ash’s unexpected passing has hit us all hard, but we want to take the time to remember his larger than life spirit.
"He loved and was loved by so many. He sang a mean karaoke tune and had a voice loud enough to hear from space. He brought laughter and the best cuddles."
Ashvin also had minor roles in Grange Hill and Hope and Glory and was part of Comic Relief 2003. His funeral was held on August 11.
His relatives asked mourners to donate to their charities including the NSPCC and Andy's Man Club in place of flowers.
