Model Robyn Delabarre says her 21st birthday is a night she'll never forget after former Coronation Street star Chris Quinten popped the question.
Cheers rang out as the Corrie legend got down on one knee at a surprise birthday party and asked a stunned Robyn to marry him.
The actor, who played Gail Rodwell's husband Brian Tilsley on the ITV soap from 1978 to 1989, popped the question after seven months of dating.
After his character was killed off in a brutal stabbing, Chris, 61, went on to become manager at Stringfellows in Covent Garden, London, and is now the manager of another gentleman's club Secrets in Hammersmith.
Congratulations have been pouring in for the couple who have been dating for seven months.
Sharing loved-up photos of the pair on holiday in Mykonos, Robyn said: "I have been so spoilt this holiday what an amazing time we have had and the memories we have made together I will cherish this forever.
"Thank you so much Chris for throwing me a surprise 21st birthday and my presents and my amazing holiday you truly are the best."
Robyn, who used to be in a relationship with the late Love Island star Mike Thalassitis who tragically took his own life in March, said in another post: "I’ve had the best 21st birthday I could ever of wished for ... I love you."
Sharing video of the moment that her man proposed she wrote: "My 21st birthday a night I will never forget."
And she wrote next to a collection of holiday snaps: "My husband to be ! It’s been a CRAZY 7 months a secret we had to keep because of our jobs but you have made me the happiest girl alive.
"You're amazing to me. I’m so lucky to have you in my life I’m so glad your mine I love you and I couldn’t care less what anyone has to say.
"I love you will all my heart thank you for doing everything you do for me Chris."
Chris was married to American talk show host Leeza Gibbons from 1989 to 1991 and he has a daughter Sydney Kristina with ex partner Alison Slater.
The Manchester Evening News has approached Chris for comment.
