Forget Snoop Dogg - here's why this Derby IT firm is top dog

A Derby firm is celebrating after winning a top award at one of the largest IT conferences in the world.

Neuways, based at Chellaston, was awarded Datto EMEA Partner of the Year 2019 at DattoCon San Diego, in the US.

With more than 2,900 businesses in attendance and against the backdrop of a live performance by Snoop Dogg, Neuways came away with the top prize from Datto, which is a leading provider of IT business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) solutions.

The award makes the Derby-based cyber security firm Datto’s number one provider of business continuity and disaster recovery strategies in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The success comes just months after Datto bestowed ‘blue’ status on Neuways for its commitment to delivering high quality IT support services to its customers.

Neuways is a fast-growing company. In 2017, it move to its new £1.2 million Chellaston site - and since then has increased its head count by 50%.
