Infertility treatment services would be refocused at Telangana government hospitals which would be a huge relief for childless couples from poor backgrounds. People are forced to shell out lakhs of rupees for such treatments.
Efforts were made to offer these services at government health facilities in 2018, and the response was huge, including from people belonging to neighbouring States. However, it was not continued.
