The match will be broadcast live on Premier Sports 1. All eight of the last 16 ties will be available to watch live over that weekend later this month.
Facing Alloa will be Rangers' first taste of Premier Sports Cup action this season, having earned a bye into the last 16.
The five Scottish clubs in Europe this season all directly enter the last 16 rather than having to navigate the group stage.
