Five things flight attendant would never do after starting the job

A flight attendant has revealed five things she wouldn't do after starting the job.

TikToker @kiingkarla took to the social media video app to explain the five tips of what not to do on an aeroplane. First of all, she kicked off the list with not walking around barefooted.

In the video, she said: "Number one, I'm sure you've heard this many times, don't walk barefoot or with socks on because the bathroom floors are always usually wet. It's not water and we've seen a lot of things spill on this carpet."

The second thing on her list is to not play music or films out loud without earphones on. She continued: "Number two, don't play your music or your movie out loud through your speakers. Try to have headphones and if you don't sometimes we have some for you guys but it's just courtesy for those around you - and it's annoying."

The third one might come as a surprise to most, with her telling those watching. She said: "Number three, don't forget to bring hand sanitiser or sanitising wipes because you'll need them."

Fourth on the list is to not eat or sleep on the fold-down tray tables because "they are really dirty and they don't get cleaned. The flight attendant also went on to say how she has seen babies' nappies get changed on them and people throw up on the trays.

The fifth and final point on her not-to-do list is to bring something to cover yourself up with. She said: "Don't forget to bring a sweater or a small blanket because it does tend to get really cold sometimes on the aeroplanes."
