Five people have been arrested on suspicion of affray after a fight involving a number of men near Embankment.
Police rushed to Savoy Place after reports that a man had been stabbed following a mass brawl in the area at 4.12am on Monday.
Three vehicles allegedly fled from the scene. One car reportedly tried to ram into one of the individuals involved.
Officers eventually stopped three vehicles in the local vicinity. Three men were taken to hospital with injuries.
Roads have been closed on Northumberland Avenue, Victoria Embankment and Temple Street while officers continue enquiries.
