Shares in the company behind financial advisory brand Dow Schofield Watts have started to be traded on the London Stock Exchange's AIM after its IPO completed.
DSW Capital, which is headquartered in Cheshire, has a market capitalisation of £21.4m and announced earlier this week that the float had raised £5m for the firm.
The company currently has 19 licensee businesses with 82 fee earners in offices in Daresbury, Manchester, Leeds, London, Reading and Aberdeen.

For the year to the end of March 2021, DSW Capital generated an operating profit of £1.7m and operating cash flow of £800,000.
