Fashion Sakala has lit a fire under his Zambia emergence by firing in a hat-trick against Mauritania.
The hitman is in the form of his life after netting a treble against Motherwell on Halloween.
He followed that up with starts against Brondby and Ross County before jetting off to join Zambia for their AFCON qualifiers.
And while their first game against Kenya ended in a disappointing defeat, it was another story against Mauritania.
Sakala netted a first half double, converting Patson Daka's cross and adding a penalty on the stroke of half time to put his team in charge.
And he added his third in the second 45 to put his team 4-0 up and out of sight.
It comes as Rangers seek a new manager with Giovanni van Bronckhorst in London for talks with Ibrox chiefs.
And Sakala's form will certainly catch the eye of any new boss who Rangers hope to have in charge in time to face Hibs next weekend.
