What are your expectations for Jordan Love as the full-time starter?
In his first year as the starter in 2008, Aaron Rodgers threw for 4,038 yards with 28 touchdowns and 13 interceptions. Bet the under for Love, even though he will be playing in a quarterback-friendly system that Matt LaFleur wants to simplify further after it reached PhD-level complexity with Rodgers. LaFleur also studied the 49ers’ offense with Brock Purdy from last season, looking for ideas to steal to help Love be more productive, but the 49ers had far more experience surrounding their young starter.

Can we expect a similar backfield split between Aaron Jones and AJ Dillon?
Jones returns for what could be his final season after taking a $5 million pay cut, and it’s clear he’s still a dual-threat player who can tilt the field on the ground but also as a pass-catcher. If healthy, he’s in line for a fourth 1,000-yard rushing season. Dillon is in a contract year himself, and given the likelihood that this duo will carry the offensive load to lessen the burden on Love, don’t be surprised if both end up with big numbers.

Who will be the more productive receiver: Christian Watson or Romeo Doubs?
While Watson showed his incredible big-play ability during a four-game, seven-touchdown stretch during the second half of last season, Doubs has the makings of a down-in, down-out primary target. LaFleur likened his movement skills to those of Davante Adams. The guess here is that he ends up with more catches and yards, but Watson will have more explosive plays.
