Rated PG-13 for some teen partying and sensuality.

What it's about: A young woman with a rare disease that makes her hypersensitive to sunlight falls in love for a summer.

The kid attractor factor: Star Bella Thorne, as well as the teen romance genre.

Good lessons/bad lessons: Every day is a gift, appreciate life to the fullest, don't hide your true self from your loved ones.

Violence: None.

Language: One instance of strong language.

Sexuality: Teens making out and kissing, some sensual moments, no graphic sex.

Drugs: Some teen drinking

Parents advisory: OK for teens and older kids, too mature for younger kids.

'PACIFIC RIM UPRISING'

Rated PG-13 for sequences of sci-fi violence and action, and some language.

What it's about: It's robots vs. alien sea monsters again, as a new team of pilots gear up for the invasion.

The kid attractor factor: The action adventure genre, special effects and star John Boyega will draw teen audiences.

Good lessons/bad lessons: Work as a team and have strength in numbers, do your part to help save the world in any way you can, never give up.

Violence: Some extreme action violence _ robots and aliens destroy cities and crush buildings. Plane crashes, people squishing, some blood but not very gory.

Language: One or two instances of strong language.

Sexuality: Some flirting.

Drugs: Partying and drinking.

Parents advisory: OK for teens and older kids but way too violent and scary for little kids.
