Fabio Capello names the difference between Pep Guardiola's Man City and Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool

Former England manager Fabio Capello has named the unique difference between Liverpool and Manchester City ahead of this weekend's Premier League showdown.

City travel to Merseyside on Sunday looking to cut the gap to just three points at the top of the table after making their worst start to a season under Pep Guardiola's leadership.

The Blues haven't won at Anfield since 2003 and but won the reverse fixture at the Etihad Stadium last year which helped pip Jurgen Klopp's side to the title by one point on the final day of the season.

Ex-Real Madrid boss Capello has revealed the unique difference between the two clubs.

"Klopp he made something magic for me. The atmosphere of Anfield is fantastic, the team is like the fans," he told Sky Sports.

"The connection is fantastic between the team, Klopp and fans, it's a unique thing.

"Guardiola is different. I think he plays the team like a theatre.

"The fans a theatre. The show is really good but it's a theatre."
