Fabian Delph is due to train with Everton for the first time on Tuesday after flying out to Switzerland.
The 29-year-old's move from Manchester City is close to being finalised and the plan is for the midfielder to take part in his first session with his new team-mates at their base in Verbier tomorrow.
Everton have struck a deal worth an initial £8.5m for Delph who has a year remaining on his contract at the Etihad Stadium.
Marco Silva is putting his squad through double sessions at the Stade St Marc, the home of FC Bagnes, this week and Delph could now play some part in Friday's friendly with AS Monaco.
The England international will become the Blues' third signing of the season.
It follows the arrival of goalkeeper Jonas Lossl on a free transfer and Andre Gomes, who has joined on a permanent deal from Barcelona.
