Often being dressed in similar outfits by their parents and being mistaken for one another, twins have a very unique experience. While they tend to lean into these similarities later in life, Anna and Lucy DeCinque have taken their close bond one step further.
Claiming the title as the world's 'most identical twins', the duo initially hit headlines after claiming they live with their joint fiancé Ben Byrne. However, Anna and Lucy are now seeking out a new venture to secure the same job after refusing to 'work separately'.
Rather than following separate career paths, the twins are keen to stick together. Speaking to This Morning hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield about their news TLC show Extreme Sister, they claimed they 'work best as a team'.

The pair told the hosts: "Like, we need to find an employer that understands our bond, that, you know, accepts who we are, you know, that understands us, understands the way we work.
"You know, we'll get the task done, we're hard working girls... we just come as a package, and teamwork to us is everything.
"We work well as a team, we function as a team. We don't work separately, we've got a doctor's certificate, we can't be apart, so..."
"We work best as a team, we are better together," they added.

Known for doing everything together, Anna and Lucy dress the same, go to the bathroom together, and are even hoping to raise a family.
Following their ambition to get pregnant at the same time with their shared fiancé, the twins documented their attempts to become parents during their docuseries.
They first opened up about wanting to synchronise their pregnancy experience back in 2021.
The sisters said: "We've never taken a pregnancy test before. It really is magical how a stick can confirm you are pregnant."
"We're 35 years old. We've decided we want kids now," they added.
Lucy said: "I'm having a heart attack because I'm thinking Anna could be pregnant and I'm not. We'd prefer both of us to be pregnant than one."

As well as sharing a partner, Anna, and Lucy have forked out approximately $250,000 on cosmetic surgery to look even more alike.
This included undergoing an agonising dental work so their 'teeth can exactly look the same'.
In an episode of Extreme Sisters, Anna was informed that she would need to have a painful tooth removed, which left her sister Lucy distraught.
However, the 'brave' sister decided to undergo the same procedure to prevent them from developing any physical differences.
