A popular burger restaurant in Glasgow has seen the bright side after a glitch on their app saw hundreds of customers rushing to order their burgers after they were listed for just £1.
Fans of the BRGR chain, which has restaurants in Royal Exchange Square and Great Western Road, flocked to take advantage of the offer after it was listed by mistake on their official app.
The costly error saw BRGR end up honouring the offer with over 300 burgers sold to customers for the heavily discounted price.

Kirstie, who works for the brand, said the team were absolutely "slammed" with orders after people realised the mistake but that they are now just choosing to see the funny side and are happy so many people were able to enjoy their signature burgers.
She said: "We had a technical glitch on our app which quickly got noticed on social media and through an unfortunate email accidentally sent out by our colleague Sarah.
"We’ve had a bit of a morning at BRGR HQ but we have chosen to see the funny side of it and we are honouring the orders that were quick enough to snatch a £1 burger! Fortunately, we’ve now managed to fix the glitch and our kitchen has been busy making over 300 burgers."
