Ex-One Direction star Zayn Malik in hospital as he sends message to fans

Zayn Malik

Zayn Malik revealed he has been hospitalized, sharing a picture of himself in a hospital bed on Instagram on Friday.
The 33-year-old singer thanked his fans and medical staff for their support but did not disclose the reason for his hospitalization.
Malik expressed being “heartbroken” that he cannot see his fans this week as he is “unexpectedly recovering”.
His new album, Konnakol, featuring 15 songs, was released on Friday, the same day he posted about his hospitalization.
Malik is scheduled to begin his worldwide 'The KONNAKOL TOUR' on 20 April in New York City, with no announcement yet regarding potential changes to the tour schedule.
