Former Newcastle United goalkeeper Freddie Woodman has been linked with a return to the Premier League just nine months after leaving St James' Park.
Woodman joined Championship side Preston North End last summer after over nine years on the Magpies' books. He made just four Premier League appearances during his spell on Tyneside, but impressed during his two-year loan at Swansea City.
The 25-year-old has been a great form since dropping back down to the Championship at Deepdale, so much so that his performances have peaked the interest of two Premier League clubs.

According to The Scottish Sun, Leeds United and Leicester City are interested in challenging Rangers for the former England under-21 international.
Leeds and Rangers reportedly sent scouts to watch Preston's goalless draw with Coventry City on Tuesday evening, with Preston believed to be open to selling Woodman in the summer
Woodman kept clean sheets in each of his first six Championship appearances for Preston, and has extended his tally to 14 league shutouts this term.
Only Coventry's Ben Wilson (16) has amassed more clean sheets in the second-tier than Woodman, who is being lined up as a replacement for veteran goalkeeper Allan McGregor at Ibrox.
McGregor, who turned 41 in January, is expected to leave Rangers when his contract expires at the end of the season. The former Scotland international has played 493 games in all competitions across two separate spells for the Gers.
Leeds stopper Illan Meslier has also been linked with a move away from Elland Road, with Manchester United reportedly interested in the 22-year-old.
