Everything we know so far about Kaleidoscope - the Netflix show you can watch in any order

Netflix will launch a new show in January, with a twist that you can watch the episodes in any order.

The show will also feature a star-studded cast, making it one of the most anticipated shows of 2023. The eight episode series is non-linear, meaning the episodes can be watched in any order, and viewers will have a different experience depending on what order they watch in.

Each episode is simply named after a colour, so there's no telling what will happen in each one, what plot points you'll uncover, and what you'll learn about the characters. No matter what order you watch them in, the story will all make sense.

Here's everything you need to know:

What is Kaleidoscope about?

The show is a heist drama following a group of criminals as they plan the biggest heist in history. The show takes place over a span of 25 years as the thieves figure out how to unlock an unbreakable vault, as well as making it through the world's most powerful corporate security team and the FBI.

Netflix recently released a video called "Inside Look" describing the series a couple of weeks ago, inviting viewers to "solve the puzzle" when the crime show officially makes it onto Netflix. An official trailer for the series has not yet been released, so more details are set to come when that drops.

Who's in it?

Giancarlo Esposito stars as Leo Pap, the lead of the heist operation and mastermind for his team. He's best known for his role as Gus Fring in Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul.

Some other major characters played by the cast include Paz Vega as Ava Mercer, a powerful and convincing attorney with questionable morals. Tati Gabrielle plays Hannah Kim, a member of the heist crew who is described as a "chameleon", and Peter Mark Kendall plays Stan Loomis, a small-time smuggler but romantic at heart.

When will it be on Netflix?

The limited series will drop on Netflix on January 1 2023.
