Everton tipped to complete transfer deals for two Tottenham players in January

Tottenham Hotspur endured a difficult summer transfer window as they failed to secure the overhaul which Mauricio Pochettino desired.

This discord between Pochettino and the Tottenham board has carried over into the season and affected the performances of the players, with Spurs currently sat in ninth after accumulating just eleven points from eight matches.

Uncertainty over the future of many of the key players in the squad has been cited by fans and pundits alike as the reasons behind the woeful run of form, which includes a 7-2 hammering by Bayern Munich in the Champions League.

Christian Eriksen, Toby Alderweireld, Jan Vertonghen, Danny Rose and Eric Dier are just some of the players to have been linked with a move away from the capital.

Meanwhile, Everton are also struggling so far this season as they sit inside the relegation zone after picking up just seven points from eight matches so far this season.

Paddy Power are now backing the Toffees to make some changes during the January transfer window and they include the potential signing of two Tottenham players.

Danny Rose - 9/1

The Tottenham left-back has been the subject of intense speculation all summer after leaving the club's pre-season training camp to sort out his future.

Paris Saint-Germain were wildly linked but nothing came to fruition. Rose is out of contract at the end of the 2021 season but is currently playing amid a backdrop of uncertainty surrounding his future.

Eric Dier - 9/2

Dier has been linked with a move away from Spurs after it was claimed that the midfielder, alongside team-mates such as Rose, Eriksen, Serge Aurier and Victor Wanyama, will be transfer listed in January.

Dier has only started one match in the Premier League this season for Pochettino and has relatively short odds to depart in January. Dier is also contracted at Tottenham until the summer of 2021.
