Everton confirm Duncan Ferguson decision for Man United as manager search continues

Everton have confirmed that Duncan Ferguson will remain in charge for Sunday's trip to Old Trafford.

The Blues installed Ferguson as temporary boss last week following the sacking of Marco Silva and he guided the team to a win over Chelsea last weekend at Goodison.

Everton are stepping up their search for Silva's replacement but the 3-1 win has bought the club more time to choose the right man.

Ferguson has been taking training at Finch Farm for the past two days.

And he will continue with preparations for the game with Manchester United, but now with confirmation that he will be in the dugout.

The Blues have also confirmed that Big Dunc will once again be assisted by coaches John Ebbrell, Francis Jeffers and Alan Kelly.
