The European Union condemned on Thursday the terrorist attack against Abha International Airport in southwestern Saudi Arabia.
“It's the latest in a series of attacks which are endangering civilians, increasing regional instability and delaying the prospect of a solution to the Yemen conflict,” EU spokesman Peter Stano tweeted.
The “EU calls for these attacks to stop,” he said.
Yemen’s Houthi militias on Wednesday targeted the airport, causing a civilian plane on the tarmac to catch fire, the Kingdom said.
