Esports Manager 2026 Create Organization Hard Mode guide

Managing your own custom team in Esports Manager 2026 is quite fun, but doing so at Hard difficulty is the ultimate challenge. You’ll have very limited funds to build a team from scratch, and micromanage almost every aspect.

This guide will lay down the best possible strategy to adopt if you want to excel in this challenge.

How to recruit in Esports Manager 2026 Create Organization Hard Mode

The first task is to recruit your esports athletes. Since you begin with severely limited funds, you can’t go and sign the available superstars. Instead, you’ll want to look out for talented athletes between 2.5 and 2.9 star ratings. However, put Potential between 15-17 and Skill 12+ in the filters.

In simple words, you’ll have to go for athletes with limited current ability but very high potential. Make offers of around 2.5K, but some of them will reject them. Increase your offer gradually until you have built your team.

Here are some (not limited to) athletes you can sign in this range.

  • d4rty
  • gaya
  • S1rva
  • Blaze
  • jari
  • kiko
  • Caryx

There will be approximately 60 options if you go with my method.

Next, you’ll need to get some good coaches, and this is essential. Since you have athletes with high potential abilities, good coaches will allow them to develop quicker and better.

Go for coaches with 20 Productivity, and then focus on the skills you want to train. For Psychologists, it will be 20 Productivity and 20 Psychology. For Physios, it should be 20 Productivity, Fitness, and Physiotherapy. In short, we get the best set of coaching staff possible to train our rough diamonds.

Sponsors and tactics

At first, you will be losing almost every match. Hence, you need to choose Tier D sponsors who aren’t concerned about the results. Go for choices that have at least three or more clauses for in-game tasks like headshots, bomb plants, assists, etc. You get to earn plenty of bonuses this way without having to win a game.

Secondly, train any three maps for 100%. Always ban maps that suit the opponents, while preferring those where they don’t do well. Before you sim the game, pick the map. As for tactics, go for choices that will group your athletes together. My favorite is the Rush A/Rush B. They won’t get you the wins, but you’ll secure a few rounds at least.

Your first four/five months will essentially be about grinding money and improving your athletes. You should then be able to land a few wins and improve the sponsorships. Once you’re past the first six months, your own organization will be in a significantly better position.
