Emmerdale fans were left heartbroken for Mandy tonight as Paul finally confessed to his gambling addiction, but failed to reveal he'd also abused Vinnie.
The pair got engaged yesterday but on tonight's episode Paul came clean about his issues.
He came to see her at the salon and said: "I'm so sorry Mandy, I can't give you your happy ever after.
"It just keeps happening over and over and then I hate myself, I really hate myself and then it happens again."
Mandy said: " I cant believe this is happening, I love you."
He replied: "Well you shouldn't I'm dirty, broken and there's something wrong with me and I can't fix it.
"I tried, I tried so hard."
Paul confessed the issue had been going on for months and said: "I need help."
But Mandy was unsympathetic and said: "You need burying" and threw him out of the salon.
Her son Vinnie walked by as she threw Paul out and Mandy shouted at him too as she found out he knew about his dad's addiction.
Vinnie has been suffering abuse at Paul's hands as he tried to keep Vinnie quiet, but Mandy is still unaware this has been happening.
Later on when she'd calmed down she said to Vinnie: "I thought I had everything I'd ever need, but he's weak, he's a coward and he's lost in his addiction, he's just a shell.

"We're never getting him back Vin, it's just you and me sweetheart."
And many viewers took to social media to say they were upset for Mandy but wanted more of a comeuppance for Paul.
Dana said: "So glad Mandy found out about Paul she now needs to find about him attacking Vinnie."
Mitch R said: "I don't like that, he basically got away with battering Vinnie four times, losing Mandy is a consequence but I don't think that's enough in this case."
Ryan Glendenning said: "My heart breaks for Mandy. If only she knew the full story though."
Mahria said: "Mandy will bury him once she finds out he’s been hitting Vinnie."
