Coronation Street saw a shocking return during Monday night's episode. Phill Whittaker saw a big part of his life return, leaving him and viewers very surprised.
Phill's ex-wife Camilla stepped onto the cobbles to greet Phill and Fiz, during a heated argument. The drama started following a stay by Phill's mum after she sprained her hip, with her claiming that Evelyn Plummer's dog knocked her over.
As a slanging match ensued Phill was annoyed with Fiz for not giving Mimi the benefit of the doubt over Evelyn. They were both stunned when a beautiful woman appeared and introduced herself to Fiz, reports Manchester Evening News.

Phill was confused as to why she had appeared but reassured Fiz he cannot wait to marry her and said Camilla is no threat. Viewers took to Twitter to shout about the actress' return.
Camilla is played by former Emmerdale soap star Louise Marwood, on the ITV show she played Chrissie White. News of Camilla's return was confirmed earlier this month on the actress' Twitter.
In a tweet, Louise said: "I am joining @itvcorrie it’s true, but only for a few eps. Hate to disappoint. Fab character though…"
@ASuperGav cheered on Twitter: "Yay! Chrissy White from Emmerdale!" @devereaux_pam wrote: "Phill's ex wife Camilla...no that's Chrissie White with red hair." And @Samanth2235612 exclaimed: "It’s Chrissie White from Emmerdale!!!!"
@chastainluvr asked: "What’s Chrissie White doing here?" And @WilliamWillh said: "Chrissie White looks good after rising from the dead!" Christine 'Chrissie' White was the mother of Lachlan White and was the ex-wife of Robert Sugden.
In January, 2018, White died alongside her father following a car crash, leaving fans devastated. The White family ploughed head-on into oncoming traffic after Lachlan reached for the wheel and turned it towards a lorry after finding out that his mum interfered in his relationship with Belle Dingle.
Camilla's arrival spurred on Fiz's ex Tyrone to face up to his feelings for the bride-to-be. After she confided in him he decided he needed to tell Fiz how he feels before it is too late leaving fans on a cliffhanger.
