British tennis sensation Emma Raducanu has received a message from The Duchess of Cambridge ahead of her history making US Open Final.
The teenager has yet to drop a set in the world famous tournament and sealed her place in the final after seeing off Maria Sakkari, ranked 17th, in the semi in a match she won 6-1, 6-4.
Emma will now play Canadian teenager Leylah Fernandez in the Open final, with coverage starting at 9pm UK time.
Fellow teenager Fernandez also upset the odds by reaching the final from her world ranking of 78th.
Emma is the first British woman in 53 years to reach a Grand Slam final, the last being Virginia Wade and the first qualifier in history to reach a Grand Slam final in the whole of the Open era.

Messages of support have been flooding in from across the world from Emma and one couple who will most definitely be tuning into watch the final are Kate and William.
Having watched her emerge victorious in the semi, Kate took to the the Royal couple's Twitter account to post: "What an incredible achievement at this year's #USOpen @EmmaRaducanu. We will all be rooting for you tomorrow Wishing you the best of luck!"
One of the Duke and Duchess' many followers reacted: "So lovely to see Catherine, The DoC supporting Emma.
"I remember she was rooting for her in Wimbledon as well. What an amazing match! She’s making the nation Proud. Congrats! and the best of luck for the final. "
Another responded: "Go Emma , the whole nation are behind you . Incredible achievement ; what an inspiration," and a third commented: "Such a talented young lady. Very well played @EmmaRaducanu you are a star."
