S Tier: The best characters in Elysia the Astral Fall. They should be your top priority when upgrading and summoning.
A Tier: Very good characters that might even be better than the S-tier ones, depending on game mode and ascension level.
B Tier: Very good Elite characters that are worth using until your Legend characters start catching up. Also, if you're missing a DPS, tank, etc., these Elite characters should be your top picks.
C Tier: Relatively underwhelming characters that are outperformed by other Elites regarding most content. There is little reason to go all in on them.

The best beginner Elite characters are Nataly, Li Ming, Leonard, Zhi, Demi, and Krull. Each one fills a different role, and you can combine them into a pretty decent team.
Is there any point in account rerolling in Elysia the Astral Fall?
There is no point in rerolling, as most of the best characters are locked behind a cumulative 250-pull barrier, the Legend chances are pretty low, and the tutorial is very long.
Should you pull for SSS-rarity characters if you are F2P?
The Holy and Void characters are available on the Eternal Wish banner, and maxing them out is very hard, especially if you're F2P. However, they are extremely good, and you'll need to get them. So, it's best you focus on only one at a time, until you've acquired all the best ones.
Are all Legend characters better than Elite characters?
When fully ascended and decked out, yes, all Legend characters will be better than the Elite ones. However, if you're missing a tank or a healer and you don't have the appropriate Legend, use the Elites that you have.
