Electric Ireland Women’s Irish Challenge Cup quarter-final draw is made

Reigning league champions Linfield Ladies will take on Sion Swifts Ladies in the quarter-finals of this year’s Electric Ireland Women’s Irish Challenge Cup.

The other last eight ties – to be played on July 1 – will see Lisburn Ladies face Crusaders Strikers and Ballymena United All Stars taking on Comber Rec Ladies, while cup holders Glentoran Women are away to Cliftonville Ladies.

The draw for the quarter-finals was made by Tim Jenks, Electric Ireland’s channel sales manager in Northern Ireland, and Cheryl Lamont, vice-chair of the Irish FA Women’s Challenge Cup Committee.
